Rita M. Aquilio is an experienced matrimonial attorney who has practiced extensively in the areas of divorce, child support, custody and post-judgment issues.  She has represented clients in all types of matrimonial actions, from basic matters to complex asset valuation cases.  She has trial experience in matrimonial actions and also focuses on municipal criminal defense work.  She has represented clients in Superior Court as well as numerous municipalities for traffic violations, driving while suspended, driving while intoxicated/under the influence, and 2C violations.  She is alternate prosecutor for the Borough of Lodi.
